Tidyhost, Inc., D.B.A, Turnify, was created to give short-term rental hosts the ability to manage the turnover of their listings from anywhere, with a focus on improving performance in a few clicks. The Turnify app includes intuitive functions built with our firsthand insight from serving over 1 million guests. From auto-scheduling, to on demand service, Turnify makes the lives of hosts easier. Turnify is seeking one (1) full-time Executive Vice President, Technology, in Glenside, Pennsylvania. Full-time is forty (40) hours per week.

The responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Job Duties:

1. Create a strategy that will increase the efficiency for which we deliver products that meet the business needs the first time;

2. Develop strong partnerships with business partners to drive best-in- class applications that put us ahead of our competition;

3.  Create a long-term strategic vision to support continued organization growth;

4.  Ensure the business is aligned with the broader organizational strategy and is respected and trusted for its ability to deliver;

5.  Lead and develop a best-in-class team through coaching, recognition, best practice sharing, and mentorship;

6.  Leverage succession planning throughout the organization in order to improve the depth and consistency of talent;

7.  Provide strategic leadership and direction for current and future initiatives;

8.  Work closely with Executive Leadership teams to more efficiently and effectively drive business initiatives;

9.  Build key cross-functional partnerships, particularly with Technology Teams, Sales, and Ground Operations; and

10.  Partner with key stakeholders to understand short and long-term opportunities to improve the impact and effectiveness of the technology organization; drive operation excellence across the company for continuous improvement in system reliability, quality, and cost; assess current operations to ensure existing technology is being leveraged and identify any opportunities to enhance innovation and support future needs.

Travel is required throughout the State of New Jersey, with a frequency of a minimum of 50% of the employment. This position supervises the work of Computer User Support Specialists and Software Developers.

Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or in Business Management, or the foreign equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or in Business Management, and one-hundred twenty (120) months experience in Technology Management, E-Commerce Business Management, E-Commerce Technology Management, Information Systems Management, or Information Technology Management.
